Please be aware that following our previous email, we have received notification of an extension of dates to a temporary road closure at Bristol Road, Puriton  for approximately 242 metres.

The date for the works is now:  15th September 2025 – 8th October 2025 (23:00 – 05:00).

These works are for Somerset Council ( Major Improvement Scheme) to carry out carriageway resurfacing works (as and when signed on site) Only one side of the carriageway to be closed at any one time. Closure will be in force between the hours of 23:00 and 05:00, their works reference is LG110MJ004053-36.
